Calendly Scheduling
If you book a consultation through the Calendly widget on our Contact page, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any details you enter during the scheduling process. Calendly's privacy policy governs that data: calendly.com/privacy.
Analytics & Session Recording
With your consent, we use analytics tools (detailed below) that may collect information such as your browser type, operating system, pages visited, time on site, referring URLs, mouse movement, clicks, and scroll depth.

Google reCAPTCHA
Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v2 to prevent spam. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google for analysis. By using this feature, your data is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. This tool is necessary for security and spam prevention and operates under our legitimate interests.
Calendly
The scheduling widget embedded on our Contact page is provided by Calendly, LLC.
Our embed is configured in cookie-free mode (cookies=0), which means
Calendly does not set any cookies in your browser. Calendly may still process your IP address
and browser information for security and anti-abuse purposes when you interact with the widget.
If you book an appointment, the data you enter (name, email, etc.) is handled by Calendly under
their Privacy Policy.
Because no cookies are set, this widget does not require your cookie consent.
WordPress Session Cookies
WordPress sets strictly necessary cookies for logged-in users and basic site functionality (e.g., security nonces, login session management). These are categorized as Necessary and do not require consent.

7. Data Retention
- Contact form submissions: Retained in our email inbox for as long as needed to fulfill the business relationship, then deleted.
- Analytics data (Clarity, Google Analytics): Retained per each provider's default settings (typically 13 months for Google Analytics; up to 13 months for Clarity). You may request deletion at any time.
- Calendly data: Retained by Calendly per their privacy policy.
- Necessary cookies: WordPress login cookies expire within 2 days (or 2 weeks if "Remember Me" is selected).
