For years I watched businesses spend money with no way to tell what worked, and pay good people to do busywork that software could handle in seconds. Once you see it, you can't unsee or ignore it. That bothered me enough to build something around fixing it.
That is what Hornik Solutions is; I work with small and medium businesses to cut what's not working and put real systems in their place. This frees businesses to grow into lean operations that actually last. I think the next generation of good business gets built this way: less waste, and owners who understand and own the systems they run.

I am not a theorist with a template. I have run real campaigns and built real systems for real businesses; from flooring companies to real estate teams and educational institutions. I have a degree with applied knowledge in business administration, and beyond that I am a systems thinker. I look at a business model and see how the pieces connect, where they leak, and how to make them work together.
